Level liquid and dry products
Liquids: - Continuous tank contents and/or depth measurement; using Hydrostatic (self-powered) Magnetic, Ultrasonic, Radar, Magnetostrictive and submersible sensor techniques. Level and Interface point control, using float, conductivity, and capacitance switching.
Dry Products: - Continuous silo level measurement using Ultrasonic technique and surface mapping using low frequency radar.
Boiler Drum: - steam/water interface level using the interleaving probe principle.

Pressure Vacuum, gauge, absolute, barometrically compensated and differential.

Flow Liquid and Gases indicators to systems
Several types of D/P primary flow elements with optional fitting accessories with matched linearising smart transmitters. Glass and steel tube Rotameters providing local indication, switching and analogue outputs. Clamp on Ultrasonic liquid flow transmitters for pipe diameters from 13 to 5000 m.m. Vortex insertion flow transmitters. Flow switches. Complete flow metering package from design, through installation, calibration, and through life support.

Density & Viscosity Liquids and Slurries
Density measurement for process, chemical, slurry and fiscal duties to the highest order of accuracy over wide flow rates. Full Hart ® and digital protocols supplied as stand alone transmitters or as pre-packaged skids.
Viscosity measurement provides true dynamic and kinematic value on line, in real time. Increasingly used in blending, spraying, applications for both on Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids across a growing number of industries.

Temperature
An extensive range of specialist temperature products including smart temperature transmitters, temperature recorders and thermometers such as glass tube, bimetallic and filled capillary systems. Catering for marine, refrigeration, general process through to exhaust gas applications.

Indicators & Annunciators Process Monitoring
An extensive range of analogue and digital indicators. Ranging from simple analogue indicators scaled to the process, through intelligent monitors and alarm annunciators with serial communications.

Steam Boiler water level measurement and shut down systems
Covering gauge glasses, Magnetic level indication, Repeater indicators for control room and plant, Steam/water interface detection columns using the interleaved probe principle developed and used world wide for its high integrity and redundancy capability. Consumable spares probes for Hydrastep, Yarway & Clark Reliance stocked for immediate delivery.

Some process control requirements cannot be met by standard catalogue products. For such needs our experience together with our manufacturing and calibration facilities allow us to precisely engineer an innovative application specific solution.

Through Life Support Service & Spares
As a manufacturer we use our full engineering facilities, calibration resources and factory trained/experienced technicians, to provide Through Life Support contracts on major projects and we are accredited in the field of Measurement Science and Technology.
